Fitting 1. Remove bump stops 2. Remove old bump stop brackets 3. Position top bracket as above and weld on 4. Fit bump stop to new bracket 5. Jack up chassis and fit spring inbetween top and bottom brackets 6. Slide bottom bracket into position to give approx 10mm clearance between coil spring and top leaf spring plate. 7. Weld bottom bracket into position. 8. Ensure rear flexible brake pipes cannot get trapped inbetween coils on the spring - either protect with thick walled sleeving or reposition as necessary.
